Oh, no!!!
I gained a pound.
I usually go up and down a whole lot, but I was enjoying this uninterrupted downswing in my weight.
It could be cyclical water weight gain (I think I'll cling to that), or residual effects from Saturday. I will try to continue without getting discouraged, since the official weigh-in day isn't till Friday (or maybe I should move it to Saturday morning, before the eating begins).
Ferriss continually emphasises that people tend to put too much importance on the reading from their scales, so I am trying to keep that in mind and not get discouraged. After all, I have lost 4 pounds in the course of a week, so I am ahead. But still, argh!
